I AM BACK.!
I AM BACK.!
After a year right.??OMG I almost forgotten that i actually have a blog..(ok that's lame)..I abandoned my blog like seriously abandoned it like for a year already and time passes so fast that STPM had ended.!(yoohoo)..that's it high school life ended too...
OK here comes the main point..
The only reason why i return is to do the normal stuff i ll always do..~DIETING~
I ALWAYS FAIL DIETING..like for every attempts i fail to achieve my aim and never get to reach my ideal body weight...DAMN SAPAI(failure)
I just have to write this just have to..if i dont i just dont feel like i am actually doing something about dieting and exercising..(and because i know nobody will read this and nobody knows xD )
MY EVERY YEAR RESOLUTION~never change which is to lose weight..nothing else~
OK OK back to the main thing
~few days ago I made a bet with my friend,the bet is to see who ll be able to lose the most weight before CNY..and of course i suggested it..and because of that I am so determined that I must win this bet...xD
so to start everything 1st I must look up for my Idol
and she is no other than U-EE (she ll be forever my favorite!!)
why U-EE.?first of all i felt we shared many similarities-we both have round face-we both are athletics -we both are tall-we both have amazing hot legs (xD)-we have long hairs.??(haha) anyway there is a lot I love about her..so i want to be just like her...only if i could be as beautiful as her. =(((so now 2nd thingEXERCISE PLAN.!!
recently, I found a very interesting exercise routine in youtube by trainer TIFFANY ROTHE.I find her exercise routine is really effective and super challenging so I was so tempted to give it a try since i saw many positive feedback from her page..=P
maybe i could lose a lot from her workouts anyway cross fingers i could hang on there as long as possible until i achieve the results i have always wanted.(can't wait to see how i look when i am slim~)

SO...now that I have my idol to look upon and my diet plan to follow
now is time to reveal what is my aim
kay my aim is to lose at least 1.5 kg well is just at least...as long i get to lose some weight 0.5 kg is also enough =)
and and i really hope i could fit into a dress...MY 2012 resolution is to be able to flaunt my beautiful figure in a beautiful dress...well I might change it again later because I know that resolution is just a plain crap...as usual lahhh hahahaha
so so what am I waiting for now...I CAN'T WAIT TO LOSE ALL THOSE STUBBORN FAT THAT HAS BEEN HUGGING ON ME FOR SO LONG...= DDD
