I GOT A SOLUTION ALREADY

well i just got the information of how to eat right to get rid of belly fat...my major problem of unwanted fats are here at my belly...

  1. Change your eating habits to increase your metabolic rate. An increased metabolic rate helps break down more of the food you ingest to provide energy rather than storing extra calories as fat. Although it seems counter-intuitive, the best way to jump-start your metabolic rate is to start eating more meals.

  2. Step 2

Eat a small meal or a large snack every two to three hours, for a total of six to eight small meals each day. This will keep your metabolism working throughout the day and prevent you from feeling hungry, which often leads to overeating.

  3. Step 3

Check labels on everything you consume. Avoid foods that contain saturated fat, trans fat and a lot of sugar. Look for food that is low in calories and contains lots of vitamins and minerals.

  4. Step 4

Reduce the number of unhealthy meals that you eat to make it easier for your body to break down the food you take in. Healthy food options include fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, fat-free dairy products, unsalted nuts, whole grains, oatmeal and egg whites.

  5. Step 5

Perform cardiovascular training three to four times a week and light resistance training two to times a week. Diet is the fundamental key to weight loss, but to lose belly fat you need to engage in fat-burning, muscle-building exercise.

i have some details of foods that can increase the metabolism rate of our body and that are "negative calories"...
yum yum...starving already..?..
if you were wondering why am i just seeking solution on foods only instead of workouts...let me just tell you first exercise only will not be enough...i have been doing so many workouts routine and i havent strike any of my goals yet...so it is actually based on my experiences...i m actually trying on a new way of achieving my goal so maybe feed the stomach with the right nutrition first then let the body chemistry helps in getting rid of the fats...get my message??haha still working on my written english...any questions dancing on your head just hit me on my chatbox...
