SERVE YOU RIGHT!!!
now i really understand when people say do not be too high confident...yea yea i said it but inside i will be like whatever...now i think i really learn a lesson...i understand everything now...
after see-ing my own SPM results i know why every1 said that to me...but why didn't i listen to them??..why m i so arrogant why m i so stubborn headed...why???now the whole world is laughing at me...serve my own right...
they said this year spm ll not be easy especially when they are using the new gradings...i should have bear this in mind...but i still take it easy as though the government ll pull down the gradings like years before...my own teacher said even if you score less than 50 for sejarah you ll still gt ur A...in the end i still score a B...and they said if u score more than 50 u ll still get ur A for the sciences...in the i still got the Cs...my results are no different from how i did in school...i score exactly as how i did in school...
so my advice to the 2010 SPM-ers do not listen to your teacher when they said you can score better than how you do now...is NONSENSE...i trusted them so much until i have to suffer for the rest of my life...

STRESS STRESS STRESS
lately i have been munching and consuming lots lots of foods....why..?..blame it on the SPM results which ll be out on this coming thurs....every night i ll be thinking and having night mares of what might my results be...cant stop thinking bout it...
ok foods...what..?..my diet is ruined...i always chew on food whenever i m worry or anxious of something...but taking in the wrong food can kill me...(not literally though)..Instead of overeating on junk food and giving into a sugar craving, consider adding a few 'happy foods' that won't necessarily lead to weight gain and can also give my mood a boost..so i went to check out foods that will make me happy and stop worrying and of course can give some benefits to my body...
Here are just eight foods that can make you see the brighter side of life: 1. Oatmeal. Oatmeal provides a calming effect on the body, and can drastically change your mood when you're feeling stressed or anxious. Reach for natural and sugar-free oatmeal for best results; just mix in some fresh fruit or a dollop of honey for flavor and a healthy dose of comfort
2. Baked potato. Heat one of these high-carb snacks to improve your concentration, calm your nerves, and give your mood a boost. Just skip the fattening toppings and choose simple enhancers such as salsa and low-sodium salt. This is a great snack a few hours before a workout as well, giving you energy that lasts.
3. Nuts. Eating nuts alone provides your body with essential protein and fats, and will also help you become more alert and focused. Avoid mixing nuts with high-carb snacks (e.g. trail mix) because you limit the amount of tyrosine getting to the brain.
4. Chocolate. Reach for the darkest chocolate you can find to maximize your improved mood. Chocolate is rich in antioxidants which is great for overall health, but also releases endorphins in the body which can relieve pain.
5. Clams and Oysters. These foods have a high vitamin B12 content, and this vitamin is commonly used to treat depression and mood disorders. Eating at least two servings of clams or oysters per week can give you some extra protein and improve your mood over time.
6. Egg yolks. Egg yolks are rich in vitamin D, an important nutrient for releasing serotonin to the body. Vitamin D is also made in the body after sun exposure.
7. Salmon. Salmon that contains a high Omega-3 fat content can also help your body produce extra serotonin. Omega-3 supplements are used to treat depression, but you can enjoy an instant mood boost by eating a healthy cut of salmon for lunch or dinner. Enjoy it alone (no potato or rice as a side) for improved mental alertness and focus.
8. Fresh peas. Peas are high in folate, an important nutrient that helps the body produce serotonin. You can buy fresh frozen peas for convenience, but avoid the canned variety that are devoid of important nutrients. Peas are easy to incorporate into salads or just as a side for lunch or dinner.
p/s:The secret is in choosing foods rich in omega-3 fats, folic acid, selenium, and vitamin B12.

anyway...i had insomnia last night(it is the disease where one cant sleep all night long..?..)ahh whatever...i gt the news that SPM results is coming out a week later...i was like.."WTH"why it is getting sooner anytime i ask around...anyway this time the date is fixed and no more bringing it forward...what in a week time.??..i m not ready to face this yet...haiz but every1 told me to take it easy...what done is done...if you are expecting good results then you should have done your exams properly not lacking at it...true but it is too late now to even think of how i did during my examination period...haiz...i just need the power and energy to face any circumstances i might need to bare...another shocking news i received again today...what my deferment was rejected..?!!and i got in the freaking NATIONAL SERVICE...and worse still is all the way at BIDOR..?..where is that place..?..gosh how on earth are my parents coming to visit me..?..i can feel that the place ll be far from home...if the goverment ll want to get me involve in the NS why cant they just place me somewhere like sarawak or sabah..far but at least somewhere that even my parents cant visit i wont mind..?..and these places are worth visiting and of course do my service for the country as well...
now my emotional got disrupted and my diet is ruined too...i eat more when i have mental problem as in stress which require me to think, worry, think nonsenses, think anything ... you see i dont even know what the hell i m talking about...
lately i have no post with pictures...so my blog looks kinda boring and dull...but m going for a vacation with cousins during the break...and pictures ll come and colour my blog again...
toodles...off to complain to my mum and beg her for not allowing me for NS... crossing my fingers now... ^.^!
kay kay i realised that losing 5 kg in a month is just ridiculous...so i ll take 3 months to lose 10 kg...better now??i have to give my body time to adjust the new diet intake so only the weight ll be permanently loss...

I GOT A SOLUTION ALREADY
well i just got the information of how to eat right to get rid of belly fat...my major problem of unwanted fats are here at my belly...
Change your eating habits to increase your metabolic rate. An increased metabolic rate helps break down more of the food you ingest to provide energy rather than storing extra calories as fat. Although it seems counter-intuitive, the best way to jump-start your metabolic rate is to start eating more meals.
Step 2
Eat a small meal or a large snack every two to three hours, for a total of six to eight small meals each day. This will keep your metabolism working throughout the day and prevent you from feeling hungry, which often leads to overeating.
Step 3
Check labels on everything you consume. Avoid foods that contain saturated fat, trans fat and a lot of sugar. Look for food that is low in calories and contains lots of vitamins and minerals.
Step 4
Reduce the number of unhealthy meals that you eat to make it easier for your body to break down the food you take in. Healthy food options include fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, fat-free dairy products, unsalted nuts, whole grains, oatmeal and egg whites.
Step 5
Perform cardiovascular training three to four times a week and light resistance training two to times a week. Diet is the fundamental key to weight loss, but to lose belly fat you need to engage in fat-burning, muscle-building exercise.
i have some details of foods that can increase the metabolism rate of our body and that are "negative calories"...
apples
celery
garlic
lemons
mangoes
onions
papaya
cabbage
lettuce
avocados
carrots
berries

FAT FROM SPECIFIC AREAS
haha i found this interesting article...Body fat has a mind of its own. It appears where it wants to, and seems to disappear (under great duress) from all the wrong places.
so interested of knowing more?? ok before i go into more detail lets acknowledge about our body fats first...
"Types of Fat We have adipose tissue all over the body. This tissue is made of adipocytes (fat cells) whose sole job is to store energy in the form of fat. Body fat distribution differs from person to person. There are generally two types of fat storage: visceral (surrounding organs), or subcutaneous (beneath the skin - about 80% of all body fat ). "
Basic Areas
Women - generally around the buttocks and thighs (gluteofemoral): "pear-shaped".
Men - generally around the abdomen: "apple-shaped".
Note that these are the predominant patterns - but both 'apple' and 'pear' shaped distribution can be found in either gender.
Specific Areas
Knee
Fat often builds up on the inside region of the knees in women.
Upper Arm
Also common in women, fat build up can occur in the middle to upper area of the upper arm - typically covering the tricep area.
Abdomen
Fat buildup around the navel area is common in both men and women. It is also one of the few fat deposits that are also found in slim women.
Inner Thigh
Fat storage between the thighs is common in women - but also occurs with men. It is more noticeable in women due to the width of the pelvis that in turn influences the position of the thigh (femur).
Outer Thigh
Sometimes called "Riding Breeches" - this area is the most likely place for the pitted or 'quilted' appearance of cellulite. This fat concentration also blends with fat tissue on the inner thigh and the buttocks.
Buttocks
Without fat here - sitting would be quite uncomfortable. Fat is held in place by the gluteal fold. If significant fat is lost from the buttock, then only appropriate training can prevent the buttock from sagging down against the thigh.
Lower Back
This fat concentration often merges with the buttock area.
Chest
Breast tissue comprises the mammary gland (one's 'endowment') surrounded by fat. Men also have atrophied glands and fat in this area. Both sexes gain fat in this area. In men this can sometimes be mistaken for the condition of gynecomastia - a condition that includes not only fat build up, but growth in gland tissue.
i m in the progress of finding ways to get rid of unwanted fats on specific areas...so ll be back with good news...

IDEAL WEIGHT FOR MY HEIGHT
i stand on the height of 1.71 m which is around 5 feet 7...i m in the urge of losing weight...i can't stand carrying the extra weight behind my back...really in the desperate to get rid of it...so before starting on this mission i have to know if i m doing the right way...yes so i went to check out the right weight for my body height...so the results for it is as stated below:
"According to your height of 5' 7" your ideal healthy weight is 143 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 127 and 159 pounds. This was calculated using Hamwi formula, a simple formula commonly used by many clinicians."
i'm always thinking how i ll look when i achieved my target weight...(wah...so happy thinking of it...)sometimes i should not just dreaming bout it and get this mission into reality...121 pounds which is 55kg sounds good to me...well at least for my height...so should i get my butt ready for the mission..?!!YES without hesitating anymore i should start it now...
